I took my senior dog to get check out because she had a lump on her stomach, and they checked her out and told me it would be great to get a sample of it to see exactly what it was. So they took it and it was all going well. Until I got home and noticed they had made that area bleed and irritated it. And now the lump that they checked out because infected and now I am struggling with my dog trying to find a place to do surgery on her since now because what once was just a lump now because a bigger problem! If they would have told me they poked that deep and that it would have started to bleed. Then I would have rushed her back to get antibiotics or something!! Honestly they have good staff but now am her struggling with now a bigger problem!!

I can't recommend Dr. Schramm and his staff at Paws 'n Claws enough. They are kind, generous with their time, and they will go the extra mile for their customers. I have developed a close relationship with everyone over there, and I won't go anywhere else for veterinary care in Fort Collins. Dr. Schramm really went above and beyond to help me keep my elderly dog happy and healthy in her golden years. We were in quite a lot near the end of her life, and he was always patient, loving, and caring. This place is a gem!

Had xrays taken of my dog. Dropped off at 10 and picked up at 5. Staff was exceptionally kind and and gentle handling my dog. I would go to them again.
